The hotel’s Christmas cake collection is also available: Bijou Fraise costs ¥6,900 for 12 cm or ¥8,000 for 15 cm, Tarte aux Marrons costs ¥5,900, and Noel Chocolat Pistache costs ¥4,900.
About THE THOUSAND KYOTO’s Christmas Sweets

Seasonal Hotel Setting
THE THOUSAND KYOTO’s festive program includes seasonal displays and guest experiences throughout the hotel, creating a backdrop for the Christmas sweets collection.

TEA AND BAR
TEA AND BAR on the hotel’s second floor is the collection point for the stollen and Christmas cakes. The cafe and bar is open from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

The stollen is designed to develop a deeper flavor over time as the dried fruit and nuts settle into the dough. Its use of Thousand Honey, produced through urban beekeeping on the hotel rooftop, gives the traditional German Christmas sweet a distinctive local touch.
