The Halloween Afternoon Tea is designed to celebrate the flavors of fall with a playful Halloween twist. The three roasted sweet potatoes are cut into stick shapes for easy tasting, allowing guests to compare the different textures: sticky, moist, and fluffy. The sweets include a chocolate profiterole topped with a white chocolate ghost, a butterfly pea fruit macedonia that changes color with lemon sauce, pumpkin mousse shaped like a pumpkin, cat-shaped macarons with berry jam and chocolate ganache, and purple sweet potato brûlée with ghost meringue. Savory items feature tandoori chicken and cream cheese sandwiches, cold carrot soup with beet garnish, blue cheese and pumpkin monaka with ham, and beef ragout and eggplant burgers with bat decoration.
