The menu includes Tabbouleh Salad, Chickpea Stew Cocotte Gratin, Spiced Chicken, and Cheese Croquettes, followed by Pistachio and Chocolate Mousse, Raspberry Verrine, Apple Pie, and Pistachio Choux Cream.
