About the 2026 Christmas Cake & Sweets Collection
This year’s collection is themed “Ornament Gallery,” featuring three new cakes inspired by Christmas tree decorations. “Aube de Neige” offers a snowy white mousse with a balance of creamy mousse and strawberry acidity. “Maple Noel” is a mille-feuille layered with rich maple syrup, pecan custard, and bittersweet chocolate cream. “Marron Tiramisu” combines the flavors of Mont Blanc and tiramisu with coffee crunch and chestnut cream. The classic White Christmas Shortcake is available in two sizes, perfect for various occasions.
A special limited-edition cake called “Play & Seek” is available in only 20 sets. It depicts snowmen playing hide-and-seek around a chocolate house in an apple pie garden, with a hidden strawberry shortcake inside. This elaborate cake is a centerpiece for holiday parties.
For the first time, panettone is introduced, made with homemade natural yeast from Shine Muscat grapes grown in Yamanashi Prefecture. This moist bread features hazelnuts, chocolate, and a fresh orange aroma for a rich taste.
Other offerings include the traditional German stollen, and three Christmas gift sets containing stollen, original cookies, tea, and chocolates, ideal for holiday presents.
