The “Sparkling Night” plan includes a deluxe room stay with a bottle of Dom Pérignon champagne and a specially prepared hors d’oeuvre platter from the Dining & Bar LAVAROCK, served in the room. Guests can enjoy the fireworks from their room or the hotel’s top-floor bar.
The “Bright Moment” plan features an evening high tea with a variety of appetizers such as foie gras mousse and Wagyu beef sandwiches, followed by fish and meat dishes, and a Dubai chocolate-style parfait for dessert. Drinks including Veuve Clicquot champagne and cocktails are served free-flow for 120 minutes. Guests watch the fireworks from a reserved seat at Bar19’s function room.
The “Silent Harmony” plan offers a teppanyaki dinner with dishes like live spiny lobster and Wagyu sirloin, accompanied by champagne and other drinks. Fireworks viewing takes place in a special seat on the same floor as the teppanyaki restaurant.
