Only a limited run of Kochouan Rich Premium Matcha Terrine is available at Shinjuku Takashimaya in Tokyo.
Held from September 23 to September 30, 2026, the MATCHA LOVERS event will bring Kochouan’s matcha sweets to the basement level’s Oshi 100 area. The terrine is sold in limited quantities.
The lineup also includes a four-piece Torokeru Nama Daifuku set with two matcha and two strawberry pieces for ¥1,000 (tax included), the Mofu Dora Set for ¥1,500 (tax included), and Rich Premium Matcha Terrine for ¥3,000 (tax included).
About Kochouan
Founded in 1604, Kochouan has spent more than 400 years preserving tea culture in Azumino, Nagano. Its signature daifuku combines a thin, soft rice-cake wrapper with plenty of special Uji matcha cream, while the matcha terrine uses premium Uji matcha for a rich flavor and smooth finish.
