Kappa’s Ultimate Gochi Sushi
The six-piece Kappa’s Ultimate Gochi Sushi is priced from ¥1,173 before tax, or ¥1,290 tax included. The platter brings together fatty tuna, large-cut tuna, sea bream with yuzu salt, Hokkaido scallop, red shrimp and whole simmered conger eel.
The plate is designed as a compact tasting experience, bringing together different levels of spice, savory flavors and textures. The shrimp is prepared in a spicy soy marinade, while the salmon is paired with Li Chao Yuan napa cabbage kimchi. Two kimbap varieties add sesame-oil aroma, pork tongue and pickled radish to the selection.
