This special menu features fluffy shaved ice made from clear, slow-melting pure ice, topped with seasonal fruits and rich fruit syrups for a refreshing treat.

Visitors to Kanagawa can enjoy this exclusive summer dessert that combines Japanese shaved ice craftsmanship with premium ingredients. Perfect for cooling down after a meal or as a sweet summer indulgence, these colorful and flavorful options highlight the best of seasonal fruits and textures.

The collaboration brings together Saisai Malatang, a specialty spicy soup restaurant, and Shiroikumo, known for its delicate shaved ice made from pure ice blocks. The shaved ice is finely shaved to create a soft, fluffy texture that melts slowly, allowing customers to savor the flavors longer. Each dessert is lavishly topped with seasonal fruits and Shiroikumo’s signature fruit syrups, called “kajitsu mitsu,” made from carefully selected fresh fruits.
