The Kujo Green Onion and Assorted Pork Salt Sauce Bowl features a special salt sauce blend made from three salts sourced from Setouchi, Okinawa, and Lorraine. It combines tender domestic pork belly and shoulder with sweet Kujo green onions, creating a balanced and refreshing summer dish. The Kobe Beef Negi-Tama Beef Rice highlights premium Kobe beef topped with crunchy Kujo green onions and a rich half-cooked “Maximum Koitama” egg, delivering a luxurious harmony of flavors and textures.
