About the Autumn Petit Boulangerie Afternoon Tea
The “Petit Boulangerie” afternoon tea celebrates the season with a selection of creatively crafted breads by Hilton Tokyo’s head baker Tsuyoshi Yuda. Drawing on his extensive experience and expertise in natural yeast and flour fermentation, Yuda infuses a magical touch into each item, themed around a “Wizard’s Bakery.” The presentation features whimsical motifs like magic wands and candles, adding a playful and mysterious charm to the experience.

Highlights include “Alchemist’s Blend,” a pumpkin pudding bread served with custard cream cheese and a special sauce; “Sage’s Mont Blanc Spoon,” a tart shaped like a spoon filled with Mont Blanc cream and raspberry custard; and “Candle of Hidden Secrets,” a hazelnut muffin coated in white chocolate with dried currants and gianduja. Other items include a scone paired with purple sweet potato and sweet potato potage, and various savory open sandwiches featuring smoked chicken, truffle cream cheese, and smoked salmon.
Guests can also enjoy an assortment of 20 drinks, including organic teas from ART OF TEA, such as a cinnamon fig blend, dark chocolate peppermint pu-erh, and original creations like “Magic Drops” with butterfly pea tea and osmanthus syrup.
