Mia Bocca and two sister Italian restaurant brands have launched Buon appetito! Hokkaido Autumn Feast across 21 locations in Sapporo, Sendai and the Kanto area. The seasonal fair begins October 1, 2026, with dishes built around Hokkaido saury, black truffle, scallops and pumpkin.
The fair runs through November 30, 2026, although individual items may sell out earlier depending on stock. It is available at Hokkaido Italian Mia Bocca, Hokkaido Italian Mia Angela and Cucina Italian restaurants, including five Sapporo locations, three Sendai locations and 13 Kanto locations.
The lineup includes whole saury spaghetti from ¥1,969 in Sapporo, black truffle and four-cheese pizza from ¥2,079, scallop and pumpkin gnocchi gratin from ¥1,309, and an eight-item seasonal appetizer plate from ¥1,089. New Italian wines are also available by the glass, carafe and bottle.
About the Hokkaido autumn menu
The menu brings Hokkaido ingredients into familiar Italian dishes. The whole saury is grilled with soy sauce koji and served with mushrooms, peperoncino-style pasta, kelp stock and sudachi. The pizza combines sliced black truffle, maitake mushrooms and four kinds of cheese, while the gnocchi gratin pairs Hokkaido scallops and pumpkin with bubbling melted cheese.
The seasonal appetizer plate is designed for sharing and contains eight preparations, including garlic-seasoned broccoli, herb chicken with mushrooms, focaccia with prosciutto and Hokkaido mascarpone, sweet potato with Gorgonzola and orange, Hokkaido potato and edamame salad, saury and eggplant arrabbiata, and roast pork with tonnato sauce. The pictured serving is for four people, and the contents may change.
