Only a limited run of Wittamer’s Premiere Noel cake is available for Christmas 2026 at Wittamer stores in Tokyo, Yokohama, Nagoya, Kyoto and Osaka. The fully chocolate-covered cake is made to order and will be sold from December 23 to December 25.
The seasonal lineup is available by reservation, with deadlines varying by product. Premiere Noel reservations close on November 30, while most of the other cakes accept reservations through December 15. Because quantities are limited, some products may sell out during the reservation period.
The menu includes Premiere Noel at ¥27,000 (tax included), the vanilla-mousse Saint Nicolas at ¥7,992, and Fraise de Wittamer from ¥3,888. Other Christmas cakes include Chocolat Samba from ¥3,780, Noel de Joie from ¥3,780, Chocolat Neige at ¥5,724, and Rennes Chocolat at ¥4,860.

Premiere Noel
Premiere Noel is Wittamer’s fully chocolate-made, reservation-only Christmas centerpiece. The 16.5-centimeter square cake costs ¥27,000 (tax included) and is available in limited quantities.

Premiere Noel reservations are accepted through November 30. Collection and sales run from December 23 to December 25, 2026, except at the Tamagawa Takashimaya, Chiba Sogo and Kashiwa Takashimaya stores.
Fraise de Wittamer
Fraise de Wittamer pairs strawberries with smooth cream and fine sponge cake in a Christmas design. Prices are ¥3,888, ¥5,400 and ¥6,696 (tax included), depending on size.
Chocolat Samba
Wittamer’s signature Chocolat Samba layers bitter chocolate mousse around milk chocolate mousse. The Christmas version features a snowflake chocolate decoration and costs from ¥3,780 to ¥6,588 (tax included).
Noel de Joie
Noel de Joie combines berry mousse, strawberry confiture and rich chocolate mousse for a balance of sweetness and gentle acidity. Prices range from ¥3,780 to ¥5,400 (tax included).
Chocolat Neige
Chocolat Neige brings together delicate white chocolate mousse and refreshing raspberry sauce, finished with white chocolate decorations. The 15-centimeter cake costs ¥5,724 (tax included).
Rennes Chocolat
Rennes Chocolat layers milk chocolate mousse with praline, hazelnut nougat and caramel. The 12-centimeter cake costs ¥4,860 (tax included).
Wittamer’s 2026 Christmas collection combines Belgian chocolate techniques with fruit, nuts, vanilla and carefully layered mousses. The most elaborate cake, Premiere Noel, is presented in a chocolate gift-box design topped with speculoos cookies decorated with delicate snowflake patterns. Inside are strawberries, milk chocolate mousse with rum raisins, Vietnamese cacao gâteau chocolat, berry mousse and strawberry confiture.
