The afternoon tea menu draws inspiration from Santa Maria Novella’s Jardini Medicei Eau de Parfum collection, which celebrates the lush and refined gardens of the Medici family in 15th-century Florence. Each item on the menu reflects the colors, shapes, and fragrances of the plants that compose the perfume, creating a harmonious sensory experience.
Guests can enjoy a variety of savory and sweet dishes, including crab tartare with corn aqua jelly, cauliflower mousse coated with bergamot and shellfish flavors, and a braised beef cheek dish inspired by the oak tree, infused with lavender.
