Located within the Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island Okinawa, Shirakachi Robata is a Japanese restaurant featuring three walls of glass that open to breathtaking views of the ocean. The spacious interior centers around an island counter showcasing a variety of dishes inspired by Okinawa’s rich culinary heritage.

The live cooking station highlights charcoal-grilled specialties such as Agu pork marinated in miso and freshly grilled local fish.
