MAISON CLASSIC FACTORY at Takanawa Gateway Station is offering a limited quantity of its rich Chocolat Brulee Cream Puff starting September 1, 2026.

This cream puff, which was a hit during the 2026 Valentine’s season with some days selling out, is now a regular menu item due to popular demand.

The cream puff features a crispy choux pastry filled with a luscious chocolate cream made from Spanish chocolate, accented by a tangy raspberry sauce and topped with caramelized brulee. It is available exclusively at the MAISON CLASSIC FACTORY store inside Takanawa Gateway Station.

About the Chocolat Brulee Cream Puff

The cream puff combines three distinct flavors: the rich sweetness of chocolate, the tartness of raspberry, and the bittersweet caramelized brulee topping. Each puff is finished with cassonade sugar caramelized in front of the customer, creating a crispy texture and fragrant aroma. The pastry has been updated with a lighter choux dough made primarily from wheat flour, baked with almonds and cassonade for a crisp, delicate finish.
