About the Fujiyama Hotel 148th Anniversary Stay Plan
The special stay plan is available from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, offering guests a memorable experience in one of the hotel’s historic rooms such as the Heritage Room Kiku in the Hanagoten wing or the Historic Deluxe Twin in the Western Wing. Guests can enjoy a luxurious dinner featuring either French or Japanese cuisine, served in the culturally significant Main Dining Room “The Fujiya” or the former Imperial Villa “Kikkaso.” The menus change with the seasons, highlighting fresh, local ingredients and a blend of traditional techniques and contemporary flair.
During July and August 2026, the French dinner menu is specially curated by Executive Chef Masayuki Kitamura, who was honored with the Yellow Ribbon Medal this spring. This limited-time gourmet experience reflects his expertise and creativity.
As a special keepsake, each booking includes a collectible Fujiyama Hotel original teddy bear, available in either a bellstaff uniform or traditional happi coat version. The teddy bear stands 25 cm tall (28 cm with hat) and measures 30 cm wide. Please note that if the bears sell out, an alternative gift may be provided.
