This limited-time event offers a unique sensory experience featuring exclusive flavors and special menus supervised by world-renowned patissier Junji Tokunaga.

Visitors to Japan and Osaka can enjoy a rare chance to taste BRULEE’s signature caramelized ice cream with its crispy brûlée top and rich milk base. The event highlights the craftsmanship behind BRULEE, developed over seven years with more than 1,000 trials to perfect the authentic caramelized surface. This luxurious treat has won the Frozen Award Grand Prix in 2022 and is popular among international visitors across Asia.

The pop-up, titled “Experience the Charm of BRULEE with All Five Senses,” will be held on the basement first floor “Tree Terrace” at Hankyu Umeda Main Store. It features a special in-store menu created with Junji Tokunaga, owner chef of the famed Tokyo patisserie “équilibre.” The exclusive “BRULEE CRÈME DE MARRON” is a limited-edition item available only for eat-in during the event, blending French chestnut cream, marron glacé, and rich milk ice cream under a perfectly caramelized crust.
