About the Afternoon Tea
Designed to create lasting summer memories, this afternoon tea showcases vivid summer colors through its dishes. The top tier features a standout soft-serve style yogurt mousse served in a mini cone, paired with rich custard and peach at the glass bottom. A smoked salmon and mousse roll sandwich with refreshing lemon notes adds a savory touch.
The middle tier includes a sweet corn soup with gentle natural sweetness, a tomato capellini pasta topped with shrimp and octopus ceviche inspired by Peruvian cuisine, as well as prosciutto melon and summer vegetable pickles with country pâté.
The bottom tier offers four jewel-like desserts, including a mango trifle combining creamy fresh cream with tangy mango, a weekend citron cake, a Brazilian-style cheese bread sandwich with sweet bean butter, and a refreshing watermelon and almond tofu dessert served in a glass with delicate pink and white layers.
Guests can enjoy this elegant afternoon tea from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM with reservations required at least two days in advance. The seating time is limited to 120 minutes, with unlimited drinks available for 90 minutes from the start of service.
