OGAWA COFFEE and Marusan Soy Milk will bring SOY LATTE LABORATORY to Shimokitazawa, Tokyo, from November 6 to 10, 2026. The pop-up will explore the flavors and possibilities of soy lattes through displays and coffee-and-soy-milk pairings.
The event will be held daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at reload ENTRANCE HALL, with free admission. A separate workshop will take place on November 5 at OGAWA COFFEE LABORATORY Shimokitazawa, with advance registration required.
The adjacent cafe will serve a limited rum raisin soy latte for ¥1,000 (tax included). The workshop costs ¥1,000 (tax included), has space for 15 people, and includes nine coffee-and-soy-milk pairing experiences.
About SOY LATTE LABORATORY
Created by Marusan Ai and OGAWA COFFEE, the event focuses on how coffee and soy milk can bring out each other’s character. Displays supervised by OGAWA COFFEE chief barista Hisako Yoshikawa will cover soy milk varieties, coffee varieties, and pairing ideas. Yoshikawa has won the 2013 World Latte Art Championship.
