The 'Kyo Kamo' duck, known for its tenderness, rich flavor, and balanced fat, is sliced thinly and served with Kagono-ya's special dipping sauce for a shabu-shabu style soba. This warm dish is perfect for the cooler season, priced at ¥1,600 (tax included ¥1,760).

Straw-Seared Ryoma Tataki

Ryoma Tataki uses bonito seared over rice straw from the Shimanto River area, giving the fish a distinctive smoky aroma. The Straw-Seared Ryoma Tataki Set Meal is ¥2,000 (¥2,200 tax included).

'Ryo Maki' is a traditional Tosa-style bonito tataki, grilled over straw in the Shimanto River basin. Its smoky aroma and rich flavor are complemented by a generous splash of kabosu ponzu and fresh condiments. Enjoy the authentic Tosa taste at Kagono-ya.

For the rice porridge, the Ryo Maki is seasoned with yuzu pepper and coated with sesame sauce, then lightly seared and served over rice with hot dashi broth poured on top. The added sesame enhances the aroma, making it an irresistible dish, priced at ¥1,800 (tax included ¥1,980).
