On June 10, 2024, a new Korean restaurant “NORAN Ebisu Garden Place” will open on the 39th floor of Ebisu Garden Place, offering beautiful night views from every seat. You can enjoy both the night scenery and Korean cuisine. The restaurant is dedicated to creating a space where you can feel the atmosphere of Korea down to the finest details, with tableware and pots all sourced from Korea.
Store Highlights
The open kitchen with glass walls next to the entrance catches your eye. You can enjoy watching the craftsmen hand-wrap dumplings amidst the billowing steam, creating a lively atmosphere and an open, pleasant space.
The interior is designed with a slope from the entrance to the window seats, ensuring that every seat offers a view of the night scenery. The use of brass and mortar in the interior creates a warm yet elegant space, making it ideal for dates or girls’ nights out.
NORAN’s Signature Dishes
Myeongdong Dumplings
These homemade Myeongdong dumplings emphasize the natural flavors of the ingredients and are handcrafted from scratch, with thin skins packed full of filling. Served steaming from the steamer, they are an appetizing delight. This popular dish, also a favorite at our sister store SONON, is one you can enjoy every time you visit.
Herbal Samgyetang
This is a pot dish where a whole chicken is simmered in a homemade broth until tender. By incorporating elements of traditional Korean medicine, this dish is made even healthier and more nutritious. It is especially recommended during the cold season.
Ganjang Gejang
Fresh crabs, directly sourced from the market, are marinated in a homemade sauce for three days to create Ganjang Gejang. Currently, we use sweet snow crabs, which are in season, allowing you to savor the full flavor of the crab. The type of crab used for Ganjang Gejang and the filling for Myeongdong dumplings will change seasonally, making you want to visit again and again.
