Riken Vitamin’s Shiso Sauna Event with Free Refreshing Drink at Koganeyu in Sumida

Riken Vitamin is hosting a special event combining their Non-Oil Shiso seasoning with sauna culture at Koganeyu, a popular bathhouse in Sumida, Tokyo. From August 6 to 9, visitors can enjoy a unique shiso-themed sauna experience including a shiso sauna, shiso-infused cold bath, and shiso herbal bath.

The event also features exclusive shiso-inspired dishes served at Koganeyu’s second-floor kitchen, where guests can add Riken’s Non-Oil Shiso dressing to rich fried foods to lighten the flavor. Those presenting an original fan distributed at the venue will receive a complimentary refreshing shiso drink, making it a perfect stop for visitors near Kinshicho Station.

About the Event

This limited-time collaboration event, titled “#Sauna de Nagashi Guilty,” invites guests to enjoy the scent and taste of shiso (perilla) through all five senses. The bathhouse will feature a shiso sauna infused with the herb’s aroma, a cold bath using fresh shiso leaves, and a herbal bath with dried shiso.
