About Gindaco Dim Sum Tavern

Operated by Hotland Holdings’ subsidiary Always Co., Ltd., which manages multiple tavern brands, Gindaco Dim Sum Tavern builds on the success of the Gindaco Highball Tavern. The new tavern specializes in handmade dim sum, with skilled chefs preparing each item fresh on-site, including the signature soup dumplings (xiao long bao) made from scratch daily. Alongside dim sum, the menu features popular Chinese dishes like stir-fried liver and chives, braised pork belly (tonpororo), spicy chicken dishes, shrimp mayo, and house-made char siu pork.
