The “Kino Bi Room” is a pop-up bar located within the hotel’s hidden gem, the 4-0-3 bar on the 30th floor. It offers guests the chance to immerse themselves in the world of Kino Bi, a craft gin distilled in Kyoto, through a rotating seasonal menu. For July and August, the menu features three exclusive cocktails that incorporate summer flavors such as red shiso, ginger, and wasabi. Each cocktail is thoughtfully paired with a chocolate sweet designed by Executive Pastry Chef Shigeru Nojima, combining fruit, nuts, and sablé cookies to create a rich and multi-textured tasting experience.

The three cocktails each offer a distinct taste profile: “She thought she saw paradise” combines apricot, orange, and red shiso with Darjeeling tea aromas, paired with a bitter chocolate tart featuring chocolate sablé. “Natsugasumi ~Summer Haze~” blends brown sugar notes with mushroom umami and ginger freshness, matched with a milk chocolate and caramel tart balancing sweetness and saltiness. “Tokyo Modern” is a playful twist inspired by Charlie Chaplin, mixing plum and berry liqueur with wasabi, caramel popcorn, and cola flavors, paired with stone fruit chocolates coated in milk chocolate with pistachios and almonds.
