About Tsujita Miso-no-Sho
Tsujita Miso-no-Sho launched its first store in 2009 in Ogawamachi, Tokyo, specializing in miso ramen that combines a carefully roasted miso sauce with a deep animal and seafood broth. The noodles are specially made, flat, and curly to complement the rich soup. The brand is known for its signature miso ramen and Bari Miso Ramen, which features a blend of several miso types with thick flat noodles.
The new Mita location continues this tradition, adding a limited-time menu of miso tsukemen, which infuses Tsujita’s tsukemen DNA with a flavorful miso broth. The dipping noodles are served with a thick, aromatic soup made from red and white miso, pork bones, chicken, and fish stock, creating a rich yet clean finish.
