Sirloin Steak and Garlic Pilaf
The 100g Sirloin Steak and Garlic Pilaf combines steak, fried egg, and garlic-butter pilaf with dashi soy flavor. It costs ¥2,580 before tax, or ¥2,838 tax included.
The new beef comes from cattle raised on pasture in southern Australia. Royal Host receives chilled blocks of meat, cuts each steak to order, and cooks it over a high-heat charbroiler. This method helps render excess fat while creating a browned surface and a juicy center.
