Tokyo Tarako Spaghetti has launched its new Tokyo Tarako Wazen set at stores in Tokyo and Yokohama, with sales beginning September 16, 2026.
The ¥1,540 tax-included set combines one of six tarako pasta dishes with a drink, small side dishes and a salad. Diners can also choose either a larger pasta serving or a bite-sized cheese ginger rice side at no extra charge.
The pasta choices include Seared Tarako Dashi Spaghetti, Seared Mentaiko Dashi Spaghetti, Tarako and Soy Milk Carbonara, Shiso and Salted Squid Mentaiko Spaghetti, Shiso Butter Tarako Spaghetti, and White Miso and Soy Milk Mentaiko Cream. Drinks include mikan juice, Yoichi grape juice, Chiran Japanese black tea, coffee and oolong tea. The set costs ¥1,400 before tax, or ¥1,540 tax included.

The set presents the restaurant’s signature tarako spaghetti in a Japanese set-meal style. Its fresh pasta is made with rare domestic hard wheat and tapioca flour for a springy texture, while the restaurant prepares its mentaiko by hand each day. The dashi can be poured over the pasta or enjoyed on its own.
