About Katsuya’s Shrimp Triple Menu
The new bowl focuses on three different shrimp preparations rather than Katsuya’s usual pork or chicken cutlets. The main shrimp cutlet contains generous pieces of shrimp and is finished with a specially made mayonnaise sauce. Two crisp fried shrimp add sweetness and texture, while the smooth shrimp cream croquette brings a richer, creamy finish.
