Fujiya has launched a new autumn dessert lineup at Fujiya pastry shops across Japan, with the first items available from October 1, 2026. The range includes the Milky Mont Blanc Tart, a strawberry variation, seasonal fresh donuts, pumpkin desserts, and cream puffs.
The products will be released in stages from October 1, with additional items arriving later in the month. Availability may vary by store, and some products may sell out. The lineup is also sold at selected Fujiya restaurants, while dine-in purchases are subject to the standard 10% consumption tax rather than the listed takeout prices.
Prices include ¥410 (tax included) for each Milky Mont Blanc Tart, ¥388 (tax included) for each seasonal fresh donut, ¥540 (tax included) for the Hokkaido Pumpkin Mont Blanc, and ¥108 (tax included) for each new cream puff. The regular weekend cream puff price is ¥100 before tax.

Country Ma’am Cream Puff
Released October 2 at ¥108 (tax included), this cream puff is filled with a Country Ma’am-inspired cream containing Fujiya-made chocolate chips.
Purple Sweet Potato Cream Puff
Available from October 23 for ¥108 (tax included), this autumn cream puff contains cream made with Ayamurasaki purple sweet potatoes from Kagoshima.
The lineup combines Fujiya staples with ingredients associated with fall. The Milky Mont Blanc Tart uses Hokkaido condensed milk in its Milky sauce and cream, while its tart base contains potato flakes that add a lightly savory note. The seasonal donuts pair Chantilly cream with Japanese pear sauce or Hokkaido Ebisu pumpkin paste.
