The ¥6,980 (tax included) plan begins with a selected 10-piece sushi set and chawanmushi. Guests can then order additional items, generally two pieces at a time, including domestic fresh bluefin tuna, sea bream, flounder, striped jack, scallops, red shrimp, salmon, and hand rolls.
