About the Christmas Collection

This Christmas classic shortcake features strawberries from Murata Farm layered with fresh cream made with Jersey milk and fluffy sponge cake. The whipped cream highlights the milky richness of Jersey milk, finishing lightly on the palate. Juicy, tangy strawberries with a rich aroma enhance the smooth flavor of the cream. Since it contains no alcohol, it can be enjoyed by both children and adults, making it perfect for family celebrations.

Christmas Strawberry

Christmas Strawberry layers Murata Farm strawberries with Jersey-milk cream and light sponge. It costs ¥8,000 (tax included) for 12 cm or ¥10,000 (tax included) for 15 cm.

This signature cake by Executive Pastry Chef Shigeru Nojima was the most popular Christmas cake last year. It transforms the Australian traditional sweet 'Laminaton' into a festive Christmas cake starring strawberries. The sponge soaked in raspberry-flavored chocolate sauce is layered with custard and clotted cream, creating a harmonious balance of tartness and richness. Large, un-sliced strawberries are lavishly decorated to preserve their juicy, natural flavor.

Christmas Lamington

This strawberry-led cake reimagines the Australian lamington with raspberry chocolate sauce, custard, clotted cream, and whole strawberries. The 12 cm cake costs ¥8,000 (tax included).

A striking, festive cake inspired by a fallen log in a Christmas forest. Perfect for family or friends gathering during the holiday season. It features smooth chocolate mousse, chestnut bavarois, bittersweet caramel mousse, hazelnut caramelized nuts, and chocolate biscuit, topped with matcha-flavored chestnut cream. The deep chocolate flavor is complemented by gentle chestnut sweetness, caramel aroma, and crunchy hazelnuts, resulting in a rich yet light finish.

Christmas Caramel Marron

Designed like a tree stump in a Christmas forest, this 15 cm cake layers chocolate mousse, chestnut bavarois, caramel mousse, candied hazelnuts, and matcha-flavored marron cream. It costs ¥12,000 (tax included).

Eclat - Black Truffle - (Limited to 10 pieces) 15cm ¥25,000 (tax included). An aromatic, limited-edition cake layered with bitter chocolate, roasted hazelnuts, and black truffles. Inside, a layer of bitter chocolate mousse with roasted hazelnut cream and black truffle bavarois creates a deep, complex flavor with a lingering aroma.

Black Truffle Eclat

Black Truffle Eclat combines bitter chocolate, roasted hazelnut cream, and black truffle bavarois. Only 10 cakes are available, priced at ¥25,000 (tax included) each.

Inspired by the idea of a croissant becoming a Christmas cake, this playful 'Croissant Noel' series uses luxurious French AOC butter for the croissant base, baked to a fragrant crisp. It is generously filled with custard cream and decorated with strawberries and berries. Two varieties are available: the 'Croissant Noel' and the 'Croissant Noel Mont Blanc,' which uses luxurious Japanese chestnuts.

Croissant Noel Series

The Croissant Noel cakes use crisp French AOC butter pastry as their base. The strawberry and berry version costs ¥6,000 (tax included), while Croissant Noel Mont Blanc costs ¥5,500 (tax included).

A rich fruitcake soaked in rum and spices, made with a blend of dried fruits marinated in spirits and mixed with marzipan for added richness. Baking is finished by brushing with butter to enhance aroma and moisture.

Stollen

The approximately 17 cm Stollen contains rum-soaked dried fruit, spices, and marzipan. It is finished with butter for a rich aroma and moist texture, and costs ¥4,000 (tax included).

A festive cookie tin featuring six varieties: hand-painted gingerbread men, oatmeal raisin cookies, coconut galettes, florentines, almond sable, and chocolate sable. Perfect as a gift, these seasonal treats are exclusive to the holiday season.

Gingerbread Man Cookie Tin

This festive cookie tin contains six varieties, including hand-decorated gingerbread men, oatmeal raisin cookies, coconut galettes, florentines, almond sable cookies, and chocolate sable cookies. It costs ¥4,000 (tax included).

A festive croissant topped with pistachio custard, berry jelly, and decorated with pistachio chantilly, raspberries, and blueberries. This beautifully decorated Christmas-exclusive croissant combines rich flavors and vibrant colors for a joyful holiday treat.

Croissant Noel Pistachio

Croissant Noel Pistachio is filled with pistachio custard and berry jelly, then topped with pistachio chantilly cream, raspberries, and blueberries. It costs ¥2,000 (tax included).

Created under the theme “Celebrate Together,” the collection balances familiar Christmas flavors with more distinctive pastry designs. Executive Pastry Chef Shigeru Nojima has developed cakes that emphasize contrasting textures, seasonal ingredients, and layered aromas, from strawberries and Japanese chestnuts to chocolate, caramel, and truffle.
