Talina
The ¥7,600 (tax included) Talina is shaped like an elegant chocolate-covered book. Inside are pistachio and mascarpone with berry jelly, alongside caramel and chocolate flavors.

Premier d’Amour
Premier d’Amour is a premium Christmas shortcake made with Japanese strawberries, domestic wheat, and Nagoya Cochin eggs. It is priced at ¥8,000 or ¥4,700 (tax included), depending on size.

Hiver and Fleur
Hiver is the hotel’s traditional shortcake, priced at ¥6,500 (tax included). A larger Fleur version is also available for ¥10,000 (tax included).
