This unique tasting experience offers visitors a chance to explore four distinct specialty coffee blends, setting it apart from typical cafe menus in Kobe. The event will take place inside the NOSTA CAFE at the Kobe Kitano Nosta complex.
Visitors can enjoy free tastings of the ROASTING H coffees, with expert barista Yuga Hayashi from LE CHOCOLAT DE H guiding participants through the flavors and roasting techniques. Additionally, two types of tablet chocolates from LE CHOCOLAT DE H will be available for purchase at ¥540 (tax included) for those wishing to enhance their tasting experience.
About ROASTING H and the Tasting Event
ROASTING H blends specialty coffees sourced from around the world, combining the refined palate of a pastry chef with the expertise of a barista to create layered, sophisticated flavors. The lineup includes four blends: LIGHT ROAST with juicy acidity and honey-like sweetness; MEDIUM ROAST featuring almond chocolate sweetness and balanced acidity; DARK ROAST offering roasted nut aromas and rich brown sugar sweetness; and PREMIUM ROAST delivering a fruity experience with plum-like sweetness and vibrant acidity.
The tasting event allows visitors to compare these blends while learning about their unique aromas, acidity, sweetness, and aftertaste. Barista Yuga Hayashi will provide insightful commentary on the blends and roasting methods. Participants can also freely experiment with pairing the coffees with LE CHOCOLAT DE H’s tablet chocolates to discover new flavor combinations.
