This limited-time buffet offers a lively and immersive dining experience that captures the bustling atmosphere of a fish market. Guests can enjoy a dramatic tuna filleting performance twice each evening at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., featuring premium tuna sourced from the trusted Toyosu wholesaler Ishiji. The freshly sliced sashimi, carpaccio, and ceviche showcase the finest seafood, while sushi chefs prepare nigiri sushi right before your eyes.
