About Garden’s Hybrid Nitoryu Style Expansion
Since launching the first hybrid Nitoryu store at Ichikakuya Shibuya Center Street in April 2026, Garden has rapidly expanded to over 100 locations within 100 days. This latest expansion introduces the hybrid style beyond the Ichikakuya brand to other popular chains in Tokyo, including locations in Shinjuku, Nishishinjuku, Oimachi, Kamiooka, and Akihabara. The Abura Soba offered features chewy medium-thick noodles and a flavorful special sauce, offering a healthier yet filling alternative to ramen.
