San-X’s beloved character Rilakkuma is celebrating the 5th anniversary of his appointment as the Tourism Ambassador for Tokyo’s Chiyoda Ward. From August 18, 2026, to February 28, 2027, visitors can join a free digital stamp rally and a special cafe tour across Chiyoda.
The digital stamp rally invites participants to explore various scenic and cultural spots in Chiyoda, including the Imperial Palace area, Jinbocho, Ochanomizu, Akihabara, and Marunouchi. Meanwhile, the cafe tour offers exclusive trading cards featuring Rilakkuma and friends dressed in Chiyoda-themed outfits, available with menu orders at participating cafes.
About the Rilakkuma 5th Anniversary Event
This anniversary event is organized by the Chiyoda City Tourism Association in collaboration with San-X. It spans three seasons—summer, autumn, and winter—encouraging visitors to leisurely explore Chiyoda’s diverse attractions. Participants can collect digital stamps at designated locations and enjoy limited-edition goods and novelties only available during the event period. The first phase focuses on the Kitanomaru Park and Nagatacho areas.
