Located centrally within Fuji-Q Highland, the new outlet features a vibrant red sign and a playful menu that includes the “FUJIYAMA Set” and “Eejanaika Set,” both priced at ¥2,290 (tax included). From July 15 through August 31, customers ordering soba or rice bowl dishes after 2 PM will receive a complimentary shaved ice as part of the opening campaign.

The new Nadai Fuji Soba store brings together the thrill of an amusement park with the comfort of a soba restaurant. Its standout feature is the “Scream Standing Counter,” an open terrace seating area positioned right beneath the “Eejanaika” roller coaster’s drop point, allowing diners to experience the coaster’s roar and excitement while enjoying their meal. This concept is the only one of its kind worldwide as of July 2026.
The interior is designed like a “Soba Land,” combining playful elements such as a chandelier made from traditional noodle strainers and walls adorned with soba-themed art. Seating includes 44 indoor seats and 28 outdoor seats, plus the standing counter.
