The fair features an afternoon tea with three types of grapes, including Shine Muscat, Pione, and Kyoho, priced at ¥6,500 per person. Other highlights include the signature Dragon Parfait at ¥2,900, seasonal fruit shortcakes from ¥1,102 per slice or ¥3,888 per whole cake, Shine Muscat tarts at ¥1,318, and newly introduced Shine Muscat & Kyoho éclairs for ¥1,037. These are available at the Brasserie Millie la Forêt and Patisserie Millie la Forêt on the hotel’s first floor.

The Shine Muscat Grape Fair celebrates the autumn grape harvest with a diverse lineup of sweets. The afternoon tea features six grape-inspired desserts such as shortcakes, verrines, macarons, éclairs, tarts, and cheesecakes, alongside savory options like Shine Muscat and burrata tartlets, Kyoho and foie gras terrine, and scallop tartare. Guests can enjoy these with muscat and plain scones plus a choice of coffee or tea from over ten varieties. The Dragon Parfait creatively represents a dragon sailing the ocean, topped with fresh Shine Muscat grapes and white chocolate. The seasonal shortcake combines fluffy sponge and smooth cream with fresh Shine Muscat and Kyoho grapes, while the tart and the new éclairs highlight the juicy grapes paired with rich custard and cream.
