Core Maison offers limited-date Chinese cuisine courses using Chiba ingredients, including a lunch course “Kogyoku” at ¥4,800 and a Chef’s Recommended Course at ¥10,000.

During the fair, Koedo Sahara beers—both white and black varieties—are served free within the restaurants during course meal times. Additionally, the beers are available for purchase at the terrace stand for ¥1,500 each.
