The Ritz-Carlton Osaka is launching a special collaboration campaign with the globally popular girl group TWICE. Starting June 25, 2026, the hotel’s Italian restaurant Splendido will offer the “Candy Dream” TWICE Afternoon Buffet, a limited-time experience inspired by the group’s pastel-colored, whimsical world.
This unique afternoon buffet invites guests to enjoy a sensory journey where they can first delight their eyes and then their taste buds. Themed around TWICE’s signature “Candy Bong” lightstick, the menu features 13 pastel-hued sweets crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Frédéric Moreau and 9 savory dishes curated by Splendido’s Chef Seiyuki Aoshima. Highlights include a pistachio custard with passion fruit sauce shaped like a cloud, silky vanilla rice cream with cherry jelly, and a pink hibiscus risotto with shrimp and radicchio. A ruby chocolate fountain and original TWICE-inspired mocktails add to the colorful, playful atmosphere.

Guests will also experience a live dessert presentation featuring tropical mango jelly layered with coconut sauce and cacao pulp chantilly, decorated with pastel heart-shaped monaka wafers. This immersive event captures the dreamy, sweet world of TWICE through both taste and ambiance.
The campaign is part of Marriott Bonvoy’s global collaboration with TWICE, involving six Marriott hotels in Japan and a concept room at W Osaka. At The Ritz-Carlton Osaka, the Candy Dream Afternoon Buffet is held in the elegant setting of the first-floor Italian restaurant Splendido. The buffet runs from June 25 to August 31, 2026, with seating from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Reservations are recommended.
