&EARL GREY is Japan’s first specialty Earl Grey tea shop, known for its rich and aromatic tea soft serve ice creams made with generous amounts of tea leaves. The brand’s signature soft serve, “Earl Grey Rich Milk,” is beloved nationwide for its deep flavor and natural bergamot aroma, often called “milk tea you can eat.” For 2026, they have introduced a new limited-time flavor, “Caramel Milk Tea,” featuring a bold Assam tea base blended with bittersweet caramel, offering a sophisticated taste for adults. Both soft serves are paired with complementary meringues to enhance the flavor experience.
Alongside the soft serve, the festival features “Traveling Earl Grey,” a collection of 20 Earl Grey teas from various countries and tea-growing regions, including famous teas like Darjeeling, Uva, and Keemun.
