Morinaga Confectionery has teamed up with McDonald’s Japan to bring three new limited-time desserts featuring Morinaga’s classic sweets. Starting July 15, 2026, McDonald’s restaurants across Japan will offer “McFlurry Chocoball,” “McShake Morinaga Ramune,” and “Morinaga Milk Caramel Pie.”
This collaboration is perfect for visitors looking to enjoy unique seasonal treats blending familiar Japanese candy flavors with popular fast-food desserts. Available nationwide for a limited period, these sweets offer refreshing and nostalgic tastes, ideal for summer outings or quick breaks during your travels in Japan.
About the Morinaga x McDonald’s Collaboration
The collaboration features three special menu items inspired by Morinaga’s beloved products. The “McFlurry Chocoball” mixes smooth soft serve with crunchy peanuts coated in the same crisp layer as the original Chocoball chocolates, plus a peanut-flavored and milk chocolate sauce for a rich and cool dessert experience.

The “McShake Morinaga Ramune” brings back a fan-favorite from 2020, combining the refreshing and fizzy flavor of Morinaga Ramune candy with a creamy McDonald’s shake, perfect for hot weather.
Lastly, the “Morinaga Milk Caramel Pie” offers a warm, crispy pie filled with two types of caramel cream that blend the rich milk flavor and gentle sweetness of the classic Morinaga Milk Caramel candy.
