Wolfgang’s Steakhouse TEPPAN, a new teppanyaki brand by the famous New York steakhouse Wolfgang’s Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener, is teaming up with GEJO, a celebrated sushi restaurant from Iwase City, Toyama Prefecture, for a special collaboration event. This exclusive dining experience will be held in Tokyo on July 24 and 25, 2026, during dinner service with two seating times each night.

This event offers a rare opportunity for international visitors in Tokyo to enjoy a fusion of world-class steakhouse quality and refined Toyama sushi craftsmanship. GEJO is known for its seasonal ingredients and dishes that showcase Toyama’s local culture and traditional crafts, creating a memorable gastronomic journey. The collaboration features a unique menu prepared jointly by Wolfgang’s TEPPAN chef Ogawa and GEJO’s head chef Takahiro Shimojo, combining premium US prime-grade dry-aged beef cooked teppanyaki-style with GEJO’s signature sushi and Japanese cuisine.
