The patissier shaved ice collection returns this year with three signature flavors, each priced at ¥1,580 (tax included). The “Tiramisu × Busou Blend” features a smooth mascarpone cream paired with aromatic coffee syrup made from LATTE GRAPHIC’s own roasted “Busou Blend” coffee. As you enjoy it, hints of cinnamon and coffee jelly add layers of flavor and texture for a refined adult taste.
The “Banana × Caramel” option offers a rich banana sauce made from ripe bananas and milk, balanced by caramel cream and sauce that bring a bittersweet depth. Large banana chunks add a satisfying texture suitable for all ages.
For a fruitier choice, the “Japanese Black Tea × Mango” combines syrup made from the “Benifuki” tea variety with refreshing mango sauce, mango pieces, and tea jelly. You can also add extra mango sauce to enhance the fruity aroma and taste, creating a dessert reminiscent of a fruity tea.
