Champontei is offering its signature Omi Champon at a special ¥750 price at eight participating stores from October 10, 2026. The weekend campaign comes from Dream Foods, the Shiga-based company behind the regional noodle brand.
The offer runs on seven weekend days through October 31 at selected stores, mainly in shopping centers and food courts outside Shiga. It is available for dine-in only, and public holidays are not included in the campaign.
The ¥750 price applies to the regular vegetable serving of Omi Champon. Customers can also order the large vegetable serving for ¥850 or the one-day vegetable serving for ¥950, while lunch sets range from ¥1,000 to ¥1,100.
About Champontei
Omi Champon is known for its golden Japanese-style broth and generous portion of vegetables. Champontei traces its roots to a noodle shop founded in Hikone in 1963 and presents the dish as a local soul food from Shiga. The chain now has 56 locations in Japan and Taiwan.
