ONE SLICE PIZZA and fresh pasta restaurant Spara opened at AEON LakeTown kaze in Koshigaya, Saitama, on September 29, 2026. The new pizza concept serves large New York-style slices from ¥429, while the pasta restaurant prepares fresh noodles in-house.
The two restaurants are located in the GOURMET SQUARE food court on the first floor of the shopping center. Spara’s autumn menu runs through mid-December, and ONE SLICE PIZZA offers both individual slices and whole pizzas for takeaway.
ONE SLICE PIZZA serves Cheese from ¥429, Mushroom and Margherita for ¥484, Pepperoni and Corn Teriyaki Chicken for ¥539, and rotating daily pizzas such as Teriyaki Chicken at ¥594 and Garlic Shrimp at ¥649. Mushroom, Bacon and Five-Cheese Porcini Cream Sauce
This autumn Spara dish brings seasonal mushrooms, bacon and five cheeses together in a porcini cream sauce. It costs ¥1,298 (tax included) and is available through mid-December 2026.
Mushroom Pizza
ONE SLICE PIZZA’s Mushroom slice is topped with generously cut fresh brown mushrooms and costs ¥484 (tax included).
Pepperoni Pizza
The Pepperoni slice features crisp, aged pepperoni with a spicy savory flavor. It is priced at ¥539 (tax included).
Garlic Shrimp Pizza
Garlic Shrimp is one of the rotating daily pizza options, combining a fragrant garlic flavor with juicy shrimp. It costs ¥649 (tax included).
Spara makes and rests its pasta in the restaurant before serving it on heated earthenware plates. The dishes are finished with freshly shaved 24-month-aged Parmigiano Reggiano at the table. ONE SLICE PIZZA uses a house blend of flours and slow fermentation to create a crust that is crisp outside and soft inside, with toppings selected to suit each pizza.
