About the 2027 Osechi Set
This special osechi set is crafted with care by the hotel’s chefs, symbolizing wishes for health, family safety, and a bountiful year ahead. The first tier showcases traditional Japanese osechi with 18 colorful items, including black soybeans, sweet rolled omelets, sweet chestnuts, and regional specialties like Iwate’s vinegared hizu fish and Hokkaido’s Matsumae pickles.
The second tier offers 18 Western-style dishes prepared by French chefs, featuring foie gras, terrines, caviar, and fusion items such as chicken galantine with black soybeans and delicacies that pair well with champagne and wine.
The third tier presents 15 exquisite Chinese dishes, including whole braised abalone, sweet and sour snow crab, shark fin aspic, and new additions like smoked chicken and sweet-spicy whelk. Signature items from the hotel’s Chinese restaurant “Karyu” such as salted tomatoes, XO sauce, and char siu are also included.
