The Maple Mania brand, operated by Sucrey Inc., is returning to Shin-Yokohama Station’s “PRECIOUS DELI & GIFT SHIN-YOKOHAMA” for a special annual event. The highlight is the Maple Butter Cookies, made with Canadian Quebec maple sugar and a pinch of Guérande salt, sandwiched with buttery chocolate coating. This fan-favorite cookie has won the JR East Souvenir Grand Prix 2023 and remains the brand’s most popular item.
