About Pepper Lunch’s Tsukimi Seasonal Menu
The Red Tsukimi Hamburg features a rich tomato balsamic sauce with balanced acidity, topped with a fried egg that softens the sauce when broken. Inspired by the harvest moon, its deep wine-red sauce evokes the night sky.
The White Tsukimi Hamburg offers a creamy carbonara flavor made with Hokkaido cream and milk, enhanced by a smoky peppery taste unique to Pepper Lunch. The fried egg enriches the sauce further when mixed.
The Tsukimi Cheese Chicken Doria uses the same carbonara sauce as the White Hamburg, combining juicy chicken and creamy sauce over rice. A separate egg yolk resembles the full moon in the clear autumn sky, and freshly ground pepper is provided as an optional seasoning.
