This afternoon tea is inspired by the imagery of autumn forests and nuts, guided by the hotel’s original character “Noix,” a squirrel patissier who gathers nuts and chestnuts to craft special sweets. Guests can enjoy a narrative-style tea experience where each sweet represents a page in Noix’s forest story. The savory menu highlights local ingredients such as Sendai Kintoki sweet potato potage, maitake mushroom and local chicken marinade, and a mushroom risotto accompanying the Sendai beef stew. The weekend-only specialty features Kurihara black-haired Wagyu roast beef with a chestnut and nut sauce and truffle pumpkin gnocchi.
